I focus my practice on helping medical service professionals navigate the business aspects of medicine.  Both family and friends in health service professions have expressed their frustrations with the lack of transparency and communication when dealing with attorneys.  I strive to keep open lanes of communication and a superior level of transparency in all interactions with my clients.  I provide practical guidance in contract formation and negotiation, employment and partnership agreement, business formation, and regulatory guidance.
