Biography
Matthew Helgemoe, a native Minnesotan, earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude from Hamline University. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree, Matt chose to attend law school at William Mitchell College of Law. While in law school, Matt had the honor and privilege of participating (twice) in the William Mitchell Law Clinic, where he provided pro-bono legal services to small business owners and non-profit organizations. In addition, Matt also served as a member of the William Mitchell Law Review. During the course of his undergraduate and graduate education, Matt had the opportunity to hone his legal skills through the completion of several legal internships at large, Fortune listed Minnesota companies. Matt's exemplary academic performance during law school earned him a CALI Award and a writing award nomination.
