Karim G El-Ghazzawy

arim El-Ghazzawy is the founder and principal of El-Ghazzawy Law Offices, LLC, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Focusing his practice exclusively on family law, including both litigation and alternative dispute resolution, he concentrates on high-asset divorce cases and serves clients in the Twin Cities area and throughout the state in matters involving prenuptial agreements, spousal maintenance claims, complex custody issues, business valuations and property distribution. Mr. El-Ghazzawy has significant appellate experience.

Mr. El-Ghazzawy has been practicing law for over three decades. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in history and Spanish before earning his Juris Doctor at the University of Minnesota Law School. His results-oriented approach has been instrumental in notable verdicts regarding the legality of foreign marriages, opposition to out-of-state relocation by custodial parents, and vacation of an Antenuptial Agreement.

Admitted to practice in Minnesota, Mr. El-Ghazzawy is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
