Seems unlikely you would be prosecuted for this. Probably a violation of facebook’s terms of use though.

If you are unhappy with Walmart policy, you can shop elsewhere. There is nothing illegal described here.

People who do not own smartphones is not a protected class. You are free to shop elsewhere if you are unhappy with Walmart.
