I'm an attorney who represents lenders in documenting and closing commercial loans, loan workouts, collections, and foreclosures. I approach workout and collection files with a combination of legal and business advice and common sense that has been a proven solution for minimizing any losses and maximizing return. I have also successfully represented debtors negotiating loan workouts with lenders. This experience has given me unique insight into the thought processes on both sides of the equation, which in turn has bolstered my ability to achieve the best result possible. In addition to representing lenders and the occasional borrower, I have significant experience representing real estate investors, businesses, developers, landlords, and tenants in the acquisition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. In these matters, my philosophy doesn't change: minimize the client's risk and exposure, and put the client in a position to maximize the return on investment.
