Like so many others, I never thought I would find myself needing to find a criminal defense attorney. My son was being investigated for something that he did not do. The consequences of a conviction, even at the lowest level would have been life altering. My family was scared and did not know who... we could trust and who we couldn't. Ryan was recommended to my be a high level attorney who does not do criminal work. As soon as I had my first conversation with Ryan, I instantly felt as though there was some hope. He was calm, knew exactly what to do and quickly set things in motion. Throughout the course of 4 or so months Ryan, Elizabeth and Shelly were amazing. They were extremely thorough and did a wonderful job and making me and my son feel a little more at ease. We were recently given the good news that he would not be prosecuted. I am so gratefully we had Ryan and his team advocating for my son. I'm not sure we would have had the same outcome without them.

Instead of being charged with two crimes I was not convicted of anything and was awarded a stay of adjudication, which is the most favorable outcome. Both Ryan and Elizabeth defended me in a federal, state-wide case which entailed numerous layers of discovery and massive amount of documents to thoroughly review and go over in order to solve the largest puzzle. I didn't deserve the grace and fair judgement of the prosecutors and the honorable Judge, but Ryan's amazing presentation of circumstantial evidence and the respectable communication from both Ryan and Elizabeth to the prosecutors and the Judge landed me in the safety zone. Watching Ryan speak in front of the Judge was like watching a movie. It was a mesmerizing moment for me and my family, and I am extremely humbled by this entire process. I am a strong believer in our justice system, and I have gained so much respect towards the Prosecutor and the Judge in my case. Again without Ryan and Elizabeth, this wouldn't have happened. I am forever thankful to them. For this firm, every case is personal. They have the highest regard towards family and understand the pain and suffering of the client and family throughout the process. Ryan is incredible! His whole office is so friendly. I was accused of harassment by my ex husbands fiancé and she obtained an ex parte HRO against me even though I live across the country. I was entirely satisfied with the results and from my 1st consult with Ryan over the phone - I knew no matter wh...at that he had to be my lawyer. I was informed via email or phone call every time a letter came in or out of the office on my case which made me feel involved. He still works to this day addressing questions from time to time about the case when I have them.
