Kathleen Smith Ruhland

I approached Ms. Ruhland for assistance setting up a complicated international consulting company. I was assured by her that this was the sort of thing her firm had the expertise to do well. She agreed to put together a simple proposal for me and my business partners to review by a specific deadline......and nothing arrived (how embarrassing for me and shameful for Faegre Benson). I emailed asking if there was some confusion or an emergency that occurred; no response. I emailed again to see if I somehow got the wrong address; no response. I called her personal voicemail to see if she still worked there (yep); and ask that she respond to me so I at least knew we should look for help elsewhere; no response. Geesh! What happened to simple respect? My project may not bring in loads of money to FB but it means alot to me. She wasted a good deal of my time, and put me in an embarrassing situation. I believe my clients and prospects' time is every bit as valuable as mine. That must not be the opinion of Ms. Ruhland and FB.
