Jeffrey O'Brien

I am an attorney with the law firm of Lommen Abdo Cole King & Stageberg, P.A., practicing in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate law, sports law, and estate and business succession planning and probate law.

My clients including real estate agents, developers and investors, community banks, title companies, restaurant operators, manufacturing companies, franchised businesses, financial advisors and insurance agents and consulting businesses. I have significant experience with the formation of new businesses.
I am a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Property Specialist and I appear as a featured guest on the WCCO Real Estate Radio Hour as the voice of the show's "Legal Minute."

A frequent lecturer and writer, I have presented and written articles on a variety of topics such as asset protection planning, entity conversions, real estate law and real estate lending and loan documentation and other general business matters.

A resident of Albertville, Minnesota and an active member of the local community, I am currently in my second stint as a member of the Board of Directors of my neighborhood homeowners' association, and I am also involved with the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce.
