Cory Patrick Whalen

Cory Whalen is a partner and shareholder at the law firm of SiebenCarey. He practices in all areas of personal injury litigation.

He was selected as one of America's best lawyers in the area of product liability litigation by The Best Lawyers of America. Cory is certified as a life member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.   The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. Fewer than one percent of U.S. lawyers are members.

Cory was named to the Minnesota Super Lawyer list. Super Lawyer honorees are selected from an annual survey and the distinction is bestowed on less than five percent of Minnesota's practicing attorneys.

In addition to representing his clients, Cory is a frequent lecturer and author for legal education seminars. He has taught Litigation and Trial Practice at Hamline University in St. Paul. He is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and United States Federal District Bar.
