I retained Ms. Jones to modify my probation on my DUI case. Here is some background info on my case. I had been arrested for a DUI. In order to be proactive and get my license back, I had ignition interlock installed on my car. I had ignition interlock in my car for three full months before my court... date occurred. At sentencing, the judge had ordered me to do 2 years of ignition interlock during my two years of probation but he did not want to count the three months I had already done. Fast forward two years, and I retain Ms. Jones to to hopefully get my probation conditions modified. Ms. Jones talked to the judge, and she requested that the judge remove the ignition interlock component of my probation three months before the probation end date due to the fact that I had already completed two full years without any violations (including the three months before the court date). Ms. Jones was successful! I was able to have the ignition interlock removed at the two year mark, which was three months before my probation ended. Ignition interlock was costing me around $150 a month, so I saved $450 by retaining Ms. Jones. I could not recommend enough hiring Ms. Jones for any criminal defense issue that you unfortunately may have. She is a hard worker and, at least for me, the end result is exactly what I wanted!

I would highly recommend Alyssa! She did an outstanding job with my DWI case! I was very nervous before court. Thought for sure I was going to do more jail time since I was being charged with 2 counts of DWI (over twice the legal limit). I came out of court with no more jail time, unsupervised probat...ion, and very small fine! Alyssa talked me through everything that was going to happen in court and made me feel very comfortable with questions that would be asked.
