Tireless and patient advocate

Choosing to fight against a large corporation is terrifying, even if you are convinced you are in the right. Tim patiently guided me through the process, addressing my worries and doubts, answering every silly question promptly, and fighting on my behalf. His prep work for interviews and deposition...s was flawless, and in the end I received several times the compensation I had hoped for from the beginning. A whole-hearted endorsement for anyone considering using his services to help with fighting their employer. Extremely happy with the outcome and all aspects of the process.

Caring & Knowledgable Professional

Tim is an extremely professional attorney who gave 110% every step of the way. He took the time to prepare me when we thought the case might go to trial and was always patient and informative. He fought hard for me and ultimately got my case dismissed.

Positive experience/positive outcome

My association with Tim Phillips was very positive. He listened to what I had to say, always responded quickly to my phone calls and emails, and grasped the facts and logistics of my case immediately. The fact that Tim remained cool and unrattled during trying and heated situations is testimony to ...his confidence and ability as a lawyer.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
