also known as Tim Phillips
I have been practicing in the areas of civil rights litigation and criminal defense for more than 17 years. I have handled more than 25 trials. After passing the California bar exam in 2008, I returned home to the Twin Cities in 2012. I am licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and California.
I grew up in St. Louis Park and attended the University of Minnesota Morris. I started law school at William Mitchell in St. Paul, and transferred to the University of California Hastings in San Francisco. My concentration at Hastings was public interest law.
