I gave Mr. Crosby 1 star because 0 is not an option. This lawyer failed to meet deadlines, failed to provide opposing counsel with the requested evidence he had in his possession, and failed to do anything he was retained to do in this medical malpractice case. In fact, my case was going to be dism...issed with prejudice due to this man's complete negligence. I was forced to plea my position to the court pro se, and only after providing the court with evidence that it was this attorney, and not I, who failed to timely provide my documents (as demonstrated by my notarized signature on the documents - dated months BEFORE the due date) that the court allowed me additional time to seek new counsel. Well, after working night and day to obtain new counsel, I finally was able to secure a medical malpractice attorney. The Defendant's offer while Crosby was on the case was to "not make me pay for the Defendant's attorneys fees and drop my case." Within one week of hiring subsequent, COMPETENT counsel, my case was settled and I received a lump sum payment. Not only was Crosby completely incompetent in the handling of my case, but he was also completely inappropriate (to put it kindly). Ladies, or anyone who cares for a female considering Crosby for representation, be advised- this attorney's outlandish behavior and commentary is the epitome of the #metoo movement. RUN.
