Dennis v. Salvation Army and Chesterfield Services

OUTCOME: We had positive decision at the Trial Court and Court of Appeals levels. The Supreme Court Oral Argument is pending.

This case involved the basic issues of whether an employee's injury 1. arose out of and 2.occurred in the course and scope of his employment. Counsel for the insurer wans to expand the ruling in Dykhof ... f v. Excel Energy to exclude many Minnesotans injured at work from the work comps system. We look forward to the challenge of the Supreme Court Argument.
