The thing that impressed me the most about Chad was that I always felt like he was being completely honest with me. I felt that way the first time I met him, and I felt that way the entire time I worked with him. When your working with a lawyer it’s important to be able to trust them, and I trusted... Chad. He also made me feel comfortable with the entire case. He’s very calm, direct and didn’t come across as arrogant. I never felt like he looked down on me at any time. He was also surprisingly responsive. He was the first person to call back from legal match. He always answered the phone or called back quickly, and he immediately responded to emails and attached all relevant information and mailed hard copies. He kept me informed the entire time. I was also very happy about the fact that he used to be a prosecutor. This was a huge plus because he always seemed to know what the other party was thinking or planning. Thanks to Chad I was able to get my case dismissed.
