Biography
Richard is a lawyer who is originally from the West Central Minnesota area. Growing up in Atwater, MN he is acutely aware of the unique legal challenges that face the rural Minnesotan. Richard graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelors in Economics, and he earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Richard focuses his practice on taking care of the needs of the rural Minnesotan. In particular Richard’s practice is based around the concept of being “The Farmers Lawyer.” This means that his practice is focused on three key areas of law, including Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Ag Law. In addition Richard does work in debt collection, business formations, and family law.
