I practice in the areas of real estate, creditor's remedies, and mechanic's liens, and represent businesses and individuals in transactions and lawsuits. My real estate work includes partitions, quiet title, boundary disputes, and proceedings subsequent, representing landlords in drafting leases, rental advising, evictions and breach of lease litigation, and real estate transactions like parcel transfers. In my creditor's remedies practice, I work with individuals and businesses to recover outstanding debts, and help them enforce their judgments. I also help property owners and contractors file, enforce, and defend against mechanic's liens in residential and commercial construction disputes.

Successfully opposed judgment debtor's motion to stay enforcement of and vacate my client's foreign judgment. Judgment debtor's motion denied.
Fabritain Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Coit Services v. Evelyn Berger, et al.
Successfully argued for award of 100% of attorney's fees incurred in prosecuting client's mechanic's lien foreclosure. Court adopted my analysis that the labor and material Coit provided to defendant's home constituted a lienable improvement.
