Easy to work with, responsive

Hired Sarah to represent me as I navigated the For Sale By Owner world for the first time. I sent messages out to six lawyers and Sarah was the only one that returned my call. The other five all listed themselves as real-estate lawyers, so not sure what that was all about, but I appreciated her willi...ngness to work with me. It was a mostly smooth sale, but I knew that if something would have come up that I was in good hands.

Excellent Service and Representation

Sarah helped me in a civil suit, she took a very stressful situation for me and immediately made me feel comfortable and well represented. Sarah remained completely professional, always prompt in answering any questions I may have and provided me with professional advise in my best interest for a p...ositive resolution.

Get's the job done

GCC Ready Mix began using Sarah in 2012 to represent our Minnesota facilities in the collection of debt. We have found her to be very thorough in her research and professional in her approach in her collections while representing our company. Sarah has helped us resolve numerous cases assigned to her... while also keeping our collection/attorney expenses in check.

very professional and quick

Sarah represented me in a civil case, everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. She was always responsive to questions or necessary meetings which helped me get a full collection of the money that was owed to me from the other party.

Great Services with a favorable outcome

Ms. Fisher represented the company I worked for in defense of a mechanics lien that was filed by a supplier on the project. My company had already paid the subcontractor for work in place and materials used. The subcontractor closed its doors in the middle of the project and left myself, other contra...ctors and suppliers with unpaid bills and unfinished work. Sarah contacted the material supplier immediately about the no-lien stipulation the landlord had in place and the fact it was posted at the entrance to the jobsite. Unfortunately for the supplier they had to look elsewhere to recoup their costs. Sarah did a great job and I will defiantly hire her again.

Sample of Legal Cases

Carrier Services Group, Inc. v. IQ Reseller Inc

Successfully opposed judgment debtor's motion to stay enforcement of and vacate my client's foreign judgment. Judgment debtor's motion denied.

Fabritain Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Coit Services v. Evelyn Berger, et al.

Successfully argued for award of 100% of attorney's fees incurred in prosecuting client's mechanic's lien foreclosure. Court adopted my analysis that the labor and material Coit provided to defendant's home constituted a lienable improvement.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
