Like many legal skirmishes, there are many unique intricacies to each matter. Our firm engaged Mr. Rimas after some unsuccessful results with other legal firms, and Mr. Rimas had to pick up our case mid-stream. He did so willingly and after collecting the facts, created a strategy and offense/defense... to victory, and we did prevail with excellent results...and against a large well financed legal firm. I was very impressed with his knowledge and negotiating skills, and communication to client and opposing parties, and his willingness as needed sometimes to momentarily alter course due to complications in the negotiations. The opposing counsel was among the blatantly more dishonest/underhand licensed attorneys however Mr. Rimas was able to remain professional and not get distracted and navigated as needed to ultimately prevail. It was a huge success for our business that ultimately had more positive ramifications down the business road.
