Ashley joined Meuser Law Office, P.A. in 2014 as a law clerk and now practices exclusively in workers’ compensation law, PERA disability law, and personal injury law.
During law school, Ashley worked as a law clerk for two local law firms where she drafted memoranda and briefs, performed legal research, and assisted with all aspects of litigation. Ashley was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review and her article, “The Practical Effects of Dickhoff v. Green on Wrongful Death Actions in Minnesota: Drawing a Line in the Sand or Committing to a Fair Solution?,” was selected for publication. In addition, Ashley received five CALI Awards for earning the highest grades in her Torts I, Torts II, No-Fault Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Advocacy courses.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys staying active by attending Spin and Pilates classes, reading history-based novels, and traveling. Ashley’s attention to detail and strong work ethic enable her to be a zealous advocate for her clients.
