I recently left a Twin Cities company where there was a disagreement between the two parties as to whether or not the sign-on bonus had to be repaid. With labor laws being very confusing from state to state, I decided to reach out to a labor attorney for a consultation. Kosal was a referral by a cowo...rker who had worked with Kosal and was very happy with the information and service he provided. I reached out to Kosal and explained the situation. I provided Kosal with the background of my case and the repayment agreement. After a couple of days Kosal and I spoke again about the case. He was very articulate, knew the law very well, and meticulously laid out the case and the rationale for his advise. I recently settled the issue with the company leaning heavily on the information given to me by Kosal. I was comfortable with the settlement based on the information Kosal and I discussed.

He worked with me to make sure I clearly understood what my options were-calmed my nerves-explained the whole process of what I could do if I wanted to move forward with a lawsuit. Left the door open if I still want to pursue that. He was courteous and understanding of all I had gone thru with this c...ompany and I feel he really did his best to help me. I would recommend him to any of my friends-he was very easy to work with, especially when I didn't know what questions to ask but knew that some things were not right.
