Smart and Caring
Mitzi Mellott is smart and takes initiative. The only reason I gave her less than excellent in the "knowledgeable" category is that she has only been at it for a couple years, so she can't know it all yet. But she is getting there fast. She gives it her all, and her case, that's everything.
