I never thought I would ever need a criminal lawyer in my life. This stuff just freaks me out. But stuff happens.... It was my lucky day that I googled and found Dave. Dave was super helpful and professional. During our first meeting he spent around 2 hours educating us about the process, risks options and recommended us a plan that we all agreed to. Throughout the process Dave was prompt, on top of things and a friend you can trust. Dave knows his stuff well and is really good at heart person. I enjoy my work and my clients and take my roles as a criminal defense attorney very seriously. When I'm not working on my cases I enjoy spending time with my kids and my wife, playing with my lab-mix rescue Mia, boating or golfing and watching football or hockey.

Extremely knowledgeable and confident on how the entire process works

David Shultz is by far the best attorney I have ever spoken with. His knowledge and confidence on how the entire process works was extremely reassuring when I was a little anxious about the criminal driving offense I got in carver county. We reached out last minute and he was super prompt and was able to make sure it was 100 percent resolved. he treated me both professionally and with respect like a real person, but also like a friend. I would definitely recommend Mr Shultz.

Excellent legal services

I contacted David on a DO citation where I felt wrongly accused. From the moment we met to discuss the different strategies, I was convinced I had made the right decision to retain his services. Wrongfully Stopped

I hired David after being wrongfully stopped in Bloomington, MN and charged with a DUI. My car was impounded without released and my drivers license was suspended. David worked to have my case acquitted including getting my DL reinstated and my car released all within a period of 6 months. I highly recommend David Schultz if you find yourself in need of a defense attorney due to a DWI or DUI driving infraction.

Dave did a great job representing me for a recent incident. He has prior experience with prosecuting and is now defending clients so he understands the process from both sides. VERY SATISFIED CLIENT!!

I am a 74 year old man who had never been in trouble before. I was charged with a DWI. I blew a .13 (.08 is the legal limit). I talked to many lawyers, some said there was nothing they could do for me others promised the moon and said they were sure they could beat the charge or guaranteed a reduction. I was about to give up. I received a letter from Dave Schultz and on the outside of the form letter was a hand written state ment. DELAN I CAN HELP YOU!! After talking to Dave, I realized I had found my attorney. He made no promises and only said I think I can help you. Dave has excellent personal skills and is very knowledgeable, confident, and easy to talk too. I highly recommend him! PS. He was able to get my charges reduced to careless driving which is almost unbelievable with a blow of .13.

Great experience

Mr. Schultz was very thorough, professional and patient, with reasonable rates and payment options. He started my case by asking me my goals and then we set up a clear game plan, from day one. He explained to me all the different potential outcomes and consequences. He listened to my input. Dave followed through on everything, from day one. In the end, he negotiated a deal that was just about the best I could have hoped for, apart from having the case thrown out. He couldn't have done any more than he did, and I know he was genuinely happy for me.

Best results i could imagine

Had a dui and refusal in MN and as an out of state cdl holder i talked to many attorneys but David was the most humble knowledgable and reasonable of them all, he worked with me adviced me on everything and told me the possible outcome ,saved me from taking trips back n forth to MN for court only came for the last one ,,i would call him n he was there always there ,helped me through the whole process and i got the BEST OUTCOME i would have imagined and im able to be back driving again,,,hez professional, trustworthy and he cares alot not just about the case but also on a personal level and he believed in me and im a better man today,,,,hez a blessing to me ,,,i would not only recommend him i would HIGHLY recommend him to family friends and everyone,,,,, thanks David S ,,,,,

A bad situation made good!

I am so very pleased with the end results David was able to get settled with my case. David was able to help reduce my worries by explaining my options and the possible outcomes very thoroughly regarding my case even though he remained very up front and realistic. I appreciate his honesty and am very grateful how hard he worked to represent me. I also appreciate how well David communicated with me as my case continued. David showed an honest and sincere interest in what I wanted as a final result in my case and he worked hard to go over and above and was able to get an even better outcome than the one I was hoping for. Achieved Best Possible Result

Bottom line is that Dave did a great job for our family. Dave listened to our position and what we wanted to achieve. Having never dealt with the legal/justice system previously, Dave guided us through what we could expect and help set expectations regarding the resolution of our case. Competent, Sincere and Trustworthy

One of the only good things about my legal ordeal was that I met Attorney Dave Schultz. He truly is much more than just a lawyer. First and foremost he’s a humble human being, who just happens to know the law, that sincerely wants to help people. Unlike other attorneys I spoke with, Dave didn’t use unscrupulous tactics to take advantage of my vulnerable situation. He explained the legal process, my options, and not once, did he pressure me. The other attorney's, I spoke with seemed more concerned about injecting fear, urgency, and even making me feel less of a person, with the only goal being to obtain my credit card number! In the end, I found Dave to be a highly competent and trustworthy attorney. If you find yourself in a situation that you need counsel, do yourself a favor and consult with Dave.

I needed a lawyer who would listen, care and defend. I was charged with two criminal offenses that could have seriously impacted the rest of my life. I had a lot to lose and needed someone that would take my case seriously and I could have not been any happier with my decision to hire David Schultz. Professional and a great gentleman

Dave represented me on my first DWI case. He won my case for better result for me. He is very knowledgeable of how the law works, on the top of things, very cool, friendly, understanding, reasonable, and over all a great gentleman. He doesn’t give you unrealistic hope, but inform/advice you on what might happen and work toward the best result for your case. Dave is NOT like these some greedy and inflexible lawyers. The Five Star Lawyer

Smooth talking and looking for my best interests, David Five Star was able to prevent confinement after my second DUI with the refusal. With his skill in high diction and connotation he was able to make a deal with prosecutors suggesting that I instead had to do interlock for two years. This allowed me to continue my career and manage my business.
