Kelly Marie Eull

Kelly Eull is a shareholder at Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where she devotes her practice exclusively to family law. With more than 20 years of experience, Kelly has guided clients through a wide range of complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, and post-decree issues.

Known for her dedication and client-focused approach, Kelly blends in-depth legal knowledge with empathy and clear communication. She works closely with clients to help them make informed decisions during what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives. She takes the time to truly understand each client’s unique concerns and provides a thoughtful explanation of the legal process, potential outcomes, and what to expect in litigation.

Many of Kelly’s clients are business owners or individuals with high net worth, requiring nuanced insight into the complexities of asset division, valuations, and financial planning within the family law context.

Kelly is licensed to practice in Minnesota state courts and is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. She is also a member of Northwest Suburban Networkers and the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce, where she previously served as President.

A proud native of St. Michael, Minnesota, Kelly brings strong Midwestern values—honesty, hard work, and compassion—to her legal practice. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas and her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. She joined Henningson & Snoxell in 2013 after practicing with a well-regarded St. Paul firm focused on family and personal injury law.

Outside the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage children. She can often be found at the hockey rink or lacrosse field, cheering on her kids.
