I had mentioned it was my birthday during our meeting and had flowers at my doorstep from her the next week. That was totally unexpected but SO appreciated. Dana is always willing to go that extra step to show how much she truly cares. She is also extremely level headed and always tells me her honest, professional opinion. I am a very impatient person but never have to worry about that with Dana. She ALWAYS gets back to me within the same business day of sending an email to her — sometimes even within MINUTES. This is the second time we have hired Dana to help make the best decision for our son. In both instances she listened to both side and came to a fair decision. She is great at staying natural through the entire process and basing her decision on facts. She is able to see things from both the mother, ...fathers and the child's side.
