Dana Kathryn McKenzie

Terrible experience with her. She completely tore apart any chance of a relationship that I could have ever had with my daughter. I had an extreme case of parental alienation with my daughters mother. She had been putting things in her head about me her whole life. I found this out in all of the text...s they exchanged over the years. I had all of the documentation and proof to show her that this had been happening for years. She did not look over any of my documentation and took the words of a severely manipulated 15 year old girl. I wanted therapy so we could work through our issues and Dana insisted it was too late. She couldn't help our situation because my daughter was too old in her opinion. She took 3-6 months to get back to us with her responses if ever. Please, for your family do not use this women. I have lost everything because of her. I thought she was going to be the solution to help my family but that was not the case at all.

I am a surrogate and Dana came highly recommended by many others. After my experience with her, I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. Due to Covid, we met via Zoom, which I don’t always love doing. Dana was so personable and welcoming that it felt like I was talking to a frie...nd. I had mentioned it was my birthday during our meeting and had flowers at my doorstep from her the next week. That was totally unexpected but SO appreciated. Dana is always willing to go that extra step to show how much she truly cares. She is also extremely level headed and always tells me her honest, professional opinion. I am a very impatient person but never have to worry about that with Dana. She ALWAYS gets back to me within the same business day of sending an email to her — sometimes even within MINUTES. Thank you so much for all of the hard work you do, Dana! As a surrogate, having a great attorney is extremely important. I am so grateful to have you to represent me.

Worst and best PC depending on if you can become her favorite or not. Mrs. McKenzie has an extreme bias towards one parent. Regardless of reason, frivility, logic or truth she will make every decision in favor of that one parent, no matter what proof or evidence you may have to the contrary. Every... decision no matter how small will benefit the favored parent and punish the non-favored parent. Childrens best interests are never considered only the favored parents best interests are considered. Mrs McKenzie requires that both parents attend a Co-Parenting course before she works with them; but does nothing to enforce the favored parent to use anything learned in the course in an attempt work out a solution, nor hold the favored parent accountable prior to her making a decision.
