Biography
I'm a Twin Cities area Minnesota bankruptcy lawyer. Most people call me Dave. I've been practicing law in the Twin Cities Minneaapolis and St. Paul area for over 40 years. What I do is represent people in the processing and filing of Minnesota Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. My office is across from Ridgedale on I-394, close to Minneapolis but technically in Minnetonka, close to Golden Valley, practically walking distance from St. Louis Park. My office is in the Hopkins, MN school district, has a Hopkins zip code, and is just off Hopkins Crossroad - so I think of myself as a Hopkins person even though technically my office is within Minnetonka city limits.
When we do a bankruptcy petition, there are somewhere in the range of 600 questions that have to be answered. The exact number of questions is impossible to state, since some branch off into more if you say yes. There is a penalty of perjury for incorrectly answering any of these questions, so I consider it very important that we get those answers right. I will work with you in person, and face to face as we go over all those questions. In a recent review on Google one of my clients said that she beleives I provide mor personal attention than most lawyers would. I think that's a true statement.

Loyalty from start to finish
Dave will be honest, frank and will tell the naked truth even if it is hard to hear. His reasoning is always having your best interest at the forefront. I just made my last chapter 13 payment last week. Dave was there, 5 years is a long time.
