John Michael Huberty

I consulted with and hired Attorney Huberty to handle some issues being confronted in my small business. He gives you the unvarnished truth no matter what, and is always straight to the point, not wishy-washy. Even when its obviously not what you want to hear, he tells it like it is and pulls no pu...nches. I've found other attorneys to be the opposite, which can get you into trouble and cost you a lot more than it otherwise would. He is there to help you get the best result possible under the circumstances, and looks out for you, not his bank account. He has my business whenever I need an attorney.

I hired mr Huberty as a divorce attorney. What should have been a give and take situation between my ex and myself ended up being a give give situation from my side. I asked John why he wasn't fighting for me he stated " we fight when we go to court". Which we were trying to avoid and did avoid. So... the ex got all he wanted even when it came to him stealing items, which he was never forced to return because as John said "is it really worth it?"' Yes, it really was. So no, I was not happy with the services.

I knew from the moment i spoke to John on the phone that he was the lawyer for me and my case. Upon hiring him he went to work and made sure i knew he was on my side. My ex husband was trying to get custody of only one of our children , and as a mother i was terrified. John explained every detail of ...what was happening and what to expect. He even gave me his personal cell number in case i had questions after hours or on wknds. He was always prompt about returning phone calls, emails and texts, even at 2am. I was scared to go in front of a judge, but John assured me that everything would be fine. John is very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor.
