David Martin Bolt

My experience with David Bolt was deeply disappointing. Over seven months, they demonstrated a pattern of poor communication, inaction, and unprofessional conduct. Despite repeated follow-ups on my part, progress on my case was agonizingly slow, and I was often left feeling as though I was the one do...ing all the legwork. When I eventually terminated their services, they tried to argue with me and act as though I hadn’t made multiple attempts to get clarity and movement on my case. Perhaps most troubling, after months of delays, they suddenly warned of an impending statute of limitations and implied urgency—information that should have been addressed and acted upon long before. It became clear that my case was not being handled with the diligence or professionalism it required. In stark contrast, my new lawyer has accomplished more in less than a month than David Bolt did in seven. The difference in communication, efficiency, and expertise is night and day. I regret not switching representation sooner.
