I found Michael to be thorough, engaged and realistic. To watch him in court or at depositions is amazing. He KNOWS your case and it shows. Other over priced Attorneys shuffle through notes and seem to barely understand the case or issues when in a courtroom setting. Michael is sharp, quick on his feet and thoroughly knowledgeable of the case. Michael has an experienced and dedicated staff to back him up. Hate litigation...but if you have to, Michael Schwartz is the man for the job.

Michael and his firm handled my dispute with a home builder and achieved outstanding results. We had complicated legal issues, but his firm did a great job of explaining everything to me and walking me through the process.
Brandon Schwartz, Litigation Attorney
Relationship: Worked for lawyer
I have been fortunate to have Michael as a mentor and to have worked with him for several years. Michael is as thorough of a litigator as I have worked with or against. Michael thinks of all angles of a case to make sure that his client's interests are fully considered and to work towards the best possible result. Michael is aggressive when necessary, honest with his clients about the risks and rewards of litigation, and respected by opposing counsel and judges. Michael keeps his clients well informed and ensures that their questions are answered throughout the litigation process. I would highly recommend Michael for health care litigation, business litigation, family law issues, and personal injury litigation.
