Chase Levon Buzzell

Chase Buzzell was hired by the Board I am a member of in 2011, to assist in decision making and formulating a new Master Lease at the Cooperative where we live. We have two large Public events each year, Art Crawls, where Artists open their homes and show their work. Chase showed up at one of last... year's events and volunteered as a Greeter at our building, where he spent hours welcoming the public to our building and directing foot traffic through the building. His legal advise has been so helpful and specific AND his demonstration at Art Crawl of volunteerism went above and beyond what we asked and expected of him. He is a passionate individual who I am fortunate and honored to know. Our professional relationship continues today (4/2013) with plans to continue in the future.

Chase was hired by our Board of Directors in 2012 to assist with some complicated work regarding a Master Lease termination and establishing a new operating model for our building. Our Board has found Chase to be a very dedicated and productive asset to our Board. Chase has helped guide our Board suc...cessfully in many matters and he has also helped establish relationships with others that have been important for the success of our Board. Chase has completed a wide variety of work which has included drafting legal documents, attending meetings to provide advice, and making recommendations that are in our best interest. He has also helped defend our Board when challenges have arrived. Finally, Chase is extremely personable and he dedicates himself completely to the work he selects.
