Ben Isaac Rust

After spending five years in the financial services industry, and then representing them as an attorney for nearly a decade, I came to the realization that becoming a shareholder with a corner office in a downtown firm hadn’t made me happy. I’d become an administrator and not a lawyer. I wanted to do something different, something that made a difference to people.

In 2015, I started Rust Law, PLLC to do just that. My wife and children are the most important things in my life. I’d do anything to make sure that they are taken care of and provided for if anything were ever to happen to me. I think most people feel the same way. So I have chosen to use my experience to help families plan for the future to make sure that they don’t self-destruct after the death or disability of a family member, but instead thrive.

Today my passion is helping people plan for the future they want to achieve and any unexpected obstacles they may encounter along the way to help them

I do my best to make it as easy as possible with flat fees that I disclose before you even come into the office, and online appointment scheduling. I work hard to provide clients with personal attention, clear communication, and on-time delivery. I explain the concepts in plain English that take the sometimes very complicated ideas and make them easy to understand. I will work with you to put together a plan tailored to the needs of your family, so that you get exactly what you need and understand what the documents do, how to use them and when.
