Personal injury compensation
Working with Rich was a great experience. A devastating car accident left me in a state of shock and pain. I was a teenager when this happened and did not know how I would move forward with a personal injury. However, I felt that I had a right to be compensated for my injuries. When someone I first met Rich, I was motivated to seek this compensation and move forward. Rich worked with me to explain the process and calm my nerves about the whole situation. I can tell that Rich really does care about his clients and he understands the struggles that personal injuries bring. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone who is dealing with a personal injury and would like compensation.

Highly recommend
I went to Rich when I was being treated for an auto accident. All I wanted was my medical bills to be paid and to be treated back to health. He was very informative and a great communicator throughout the process. He was straightforward with what he thought would happen and was very easy to work with. He was able to successfully get my bills paid! It took a huge weight off of my shoulders having him help me through a process I wasn’t very familiar with. You’ll be in good hands if you go with Rich!

Great Lawyer - Highly Recommend!
I hired Rich to help me after I was in a bad car accident. I had been hit by a drunk driver and broke my wrist and injured my neck. After only about 3 months, my insurance company was pressuring me to settle. I had never been in an accident or hired a lawyer before, so I was a bit hesitant to do so at first, however I am so glad I did. Because of Rich, I was able to continue receiving medical treatment without having to worry about the insurance adjustors harassing me. In the end, my claim was settled and I was able to get my bills paid AND still continue to receive treatment for my neck injury. Rich is flexible, responsive, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He felt very confident about my case right from the beginning, which in turn made me feel confident. I am so grateful to Rich for everything he did for me and would highly recommend him to anyone else in need of a great attorney! He knows what he's doing and will get the job done!

Very knowledgeable, honest and no bullshit type of attitude, would 100% recommend
I felt from the very beginning that I was in good hands. Richard never beat around the Bush he was always completely honest about what my options were and what he recommended I do for my particular situation. He also was very helpful in helping make sure I was getting the proper health care for all of my injuries so nothing went untreated. Would and have recommended him to family AND friends. Thanks Rich!

Mr. O'Dea made my Day!!
ONE SERIOUS accident left me quite stunned and out of sorts not to mention all the pain I had. Mr O'dea completely took control of my every need, from the day I hired him. He was dilegent in every aspect of my suit against the person, (persons) at fault, and quickly handled all necessary paperwork and filings. Which resulted in a very fast and speedy settlement. He was exceptional in communication and answered all silly questions I had. ( cause I surely didnt know the law, and my rights) I would refer Richard to each and every person that needed a lawyer. I liked that he was willing to consult prior to me choosing to hire him and let me decide when I felt I needed to move forward and have him represent me. I chose him because he was not super aggressive. I believe he looked out for my best interest.
