When I met this lawyer after my car accident he stated that he would pursue my claim with my own insurance to pay for the medical bills. He also stated that he would pursue my claim with the driver's insurance because he was a minor and was driving with no license. Now, several years after we've begu...n I have got some of my medical bills paid but the lawyer took more than he paid to my doctors. He did not return my calls. An assistant returned my calls several months after I have been calling the office. The assistant now stated that the lawyer will not be pursuing the claim against the driver's insurance. They said if I wanted to pursue my claim I had to pay them $7,500 up front. I feel that if they were going to do this they should have been up front about this from the beginning of the case.
