Mark A. Tebelius

In an extremely timely and professional manner Mark led his team in the completion and filing of all legal documents required to set up the Woodbury Rotary Community Fund, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Documents included by-laws, articles of incorporation, Minnesota Sales and Use Tax Exempt C...ertificates, and federal income tax exempt applications. Mark also recently provided Articles of Incorporation for the Woodbury Rotary Club for the State of Minnesota. As president and board member of the Woodbury Rotary Community fund, and a member of the board of directors of the Woodbury Rotary Club I am very impressed with Mark's professional services; he has exceeded my expectations and will be called upon for future legal requirements!

Mark has always handled difficult situations for me and always better than expected results. He also handled all my parents matters with wills, health care directives and power of attorney.
