I have hired Ashley on two occasions. One for a DUI and another for custody reasons. With the DUI charge a favorable agreement was reached. With the second case I went from having no custody to 50-50 joint legal and physical custody which is exactly what I had intended. With both cases she made s...ure I knew exactly what was going with all phases. She was prompt in communication, both with answering any questions and the movement of documents. I was fortunate to meet Ms. Cooper by sheer luck and ended up retaining her services after initially consulting with her. She has represented me in family legal matters several times over the span of 5 years. She was able to do what another attorney (that cost several times more than her rate and wit...h considerably more experience) was unable to do: Ms. Cooper took my previous agreement that had me with limited visitation every other weekend, and reworked it in to 50% custody and visitation (through mediation and court). She is always direct, very professional, and I found her pricing more than fair. Whenever utilizing Ms. Cooper's services, I have felt very confident - whether in court, mediation, or if I just have a question about a matter, I know that she will be there to help with the information or answers that I need.
