Mr. Kingsbury has been representing small businesses and regular people just like you since 1990. His law practice is devoted exclusively to bankruptcy cases. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota and the Hamline University School of Law located in St. Paul.
He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Minnesota State Bar Association Bankruptcy Section, as well as a devotee and committed member of Rotary International whose motto is "Service above self". He is the current chair of the International Service Committee of the Apple Valley, MN Rotary Club and has taken several international trips. The most recent was to India in the fall of 2008 and he looks forward to more humanitarian travel experiences in the future. He is a devoted family man and a brand new grandfather. He has a house full of family & pets and enjoys entertaining out in the back yard. He is also a student of American Civil War history having read widely on the subject and traveled to many of the major battlefields in the eastern and southern parts of the U.S.
Father of 3 children, numerour dogs and cats. Member of the local Rotary Club in Apple Valley, MN, the Minnesota State Bar Association, Dakota County Bar Association, MN State Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Mr. Kingsbury served in the United States Marine Corps and his eldest son is currently serving overseas as a combat engineer in the United States Army, his daughter-n-law is also serving in the United States Army (very proud dad). The Marine code of honor/conduct and the discipline that was inculcated by his early military experience has carried over into his daily life as well as his law practice. Most would say that he is a good guy to know. He is looking forward to meeting with you and finding a solution to your debt problems.
