John Samuel Drasin

John was very condescending and demeaning in the manner he speaks to his clients. I hired him and was with him for about 6 months where he constantly made me feel belittled and spoke to me as if I had no say in my own matters. He disregarded concerns I presented and wishes I brought up, and if I foll...owed through on my own, he would put me down and belittle me. Much of our conversations were him condescending me for my decisions. Horrible client relation skills. I had plenty of money in my retainer, but when I told him I was hiring someone else, there was a sudden uptick in charges and my retainer was gone.

Terrible experience working with John, and I only worked with him for about a month. I unfortunately was forced to replace him with an effective attorney. Also, John is not always responsive, but at our first meeting he promised that would never be an issue since he is a one person law firm. Anothe...r big issue right from the start was John sent very important materials to the wrong opposing attorney's email address. John did not realize the error until two weeks later, when I asked for an update. I was amazed that John didn't think to follow up after a few days or after a week of not receiving a response from the opposing attorney. Then, more unprofessionalism from John until we went our separate ways. I do not recommend John Drasin!
