In 2016 and 2017 I had two opportunities to work with Lyndsay Howard and her staff at Howard Family Law, LLC. Once as Defendant and as Plaintiff. Both were dealing with sensitive child custody issues. Family Law at best is a hard compromise in emotions and the systematic destruction and rebu...ilding of a family life. Lyndsay has the compassion to see both sides of the coin, reach across and find the compromise. Her staff is very quick to act and appear to balance their clients very well. I was referred to Lyndsay by another girlfriend that was using her for child custody. Lyndsay was very accessible and met with me right away (within 3 business days). What 'sold' me on Lyndsay and her service as a lawyer was not only her legal/law experience and knowledge but also her attitude. Sh...e was a real person and gave me real scenarios and past case studies so I knew what to expect. I LOVED how she was a "REAL" person, and not just using legal jargon. She was on my side, wanted the best for me and even threw in a bit of humor and fun language to boot. :) I will use her again when/if necessary.

I have used Lyndsay's services for over 8 years now. Obviously, I am very satisfied with the job she has done for me and my kids. It has not always been easy dealing with the ex, but Lyndsay has kept my attitude and expectations in check and based on reality. She has also allowed me to do as much ...of the work as I wanted to and was capable of, this helped me keep costs down if I could. She has always been very available to discuss my concerns, and has always been fair with her billing. Lyndsay was extremely helpful and the key to gaining additional time with my daughter. My childs mother has been nothing shy of difficult and resistant to the idea that I deserved more time with my daughter. Although it was a difficult and cumbersome process, Mrs. Howard was there the whole time to... coach me through everything and was always looking out for my best interest.
