After my consultation he sends over his stamp for a Venmo payment. I of course await for the retainer agreement and the agreed avenue of approach.. After reaching out regarding my concerns...he ignores my request for the retainer agreement for 30 hrs. Radio silence. Then tells me I already have a p...ublic defender and I'll do fine. Now for any attorney to make such a ridiculous statement! He refuses the case and abruptly cut any contact with him with out explanations. Scariest thing to have for an attorney. Doesn't contact you, walks away with no explanation, wants your money...doesn't see it your way he walks and answers to nothing. Then to compare a public defender as a good way to go....we all know it's not! My advice find a real attorney! .
