The best immigration attorney.

Mark helped my wife and I with a rather complicated and years long ( Before we hired Mark) immigration matter that had dire consequences for us , we hired Mark and followed his advice to the letter it was a lot of work putting everything together but mark was there every step of the way and made ever...ything much easier! Mark put together an extremely impressive package for our immigration hearing and when the day came for our hearing all of our fears and worries disappeared after a short interview when we where approved on the spot ,my wife got her green card about 10 days later. If you have an immigration matter I believe that out of all the very good immigration attorneys out there Mark Frey is the best!

I would definitely recommend!

Mark has being helping me with various immigration services since 2009. He is knowledgeable, reliable and always available to answer any questions I had along the way. I would definitely recommend his services!

Worth every penny

We were looking for an attorney and found Mark on a website. We thought we would give him a try as everyone rated him 10/10. And yes, I agree, this guy deserves my respect. My husband and I hired Mark for our case in 2019. He genuinely guided us through every single step. It was such a pleasure to wo...rk with Mark, he answered phone calls, and emails within a couple hours. Other than us collecting the important documents that he requires, we did not have to do anything further. He took care of all of the difficult work. I thought the pricing was extremely affordable for the work he did. Never charge anything extra, the price was a flat fee. He did exactly what he promised and he knew what he was doing. I believe whoever hire Mark as their attorney will think the same way as we do.

Great Immigration Attorney

Our marriage based adjustment of status case is a bit complicated, so we scoured through avvo for a competent immigration lawyer. We were impressed by R. Mark Frey's glowing reviews and decided to consult our case with him. From the beginning to the very end, Mark's work on our case has been stellar.... His attention to details, caring attitude, organization skills, along with his professional manners won us over. We felt lucky to have him on our side all the way until we got our green card. See for yourself on why a lot of people here highly recommend him by reaching out to him. He is worth your time and resources!

Our Dreams realized

Mark was instrumental in my wife and me having a happy ending. He guided us thru the K-1 visa process from start to finish. Mark made sure we were well informed of all information needed to gather for the process and made it as easy as possible for us. Mark compiled all the information and complete ...all forms, as well as reviewing everything, before filing our case. He will definitely be our attorney of choice moving forward with any future immigration needs and help with citizenship process ahead of us.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
