I am an attorney practicing in the areas of estate planning and small business with a special focus on food and agriculture businesses and elder law. I enjoy helping people with difficult transitions, whether that be life transitions following a difficult diagnosis or the generational transfer of a small farm or family business. I am particularly passionate about ensuring that small businesses and farms survive and thrive during and after the transfer of the business from one generation to the next. I also offer my services on a contract basis to other attorneys whose clients need specialized expertise in elder law and food and agriculture law.

Excellent and professional!
I used Kate to update both my will and Power of Attorney. She made it stressless and very comfortable. This was all done with COVID precautions. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
