Trustworthy, responsible

Kate handled all of my estate planning needs promptly and with clarity. She went beyond the service I anticipated, helping make arrangements for a vehicle title transfer process that is new in MN. Just as an example of hey approach, she's planning to do the process herself, just to better understand what the experience is like for her clients. U couldn't recommend anyone more highly.

Knowledgeable and prompt service

As a solo practicing lawyer, Kate has a very efficient and effective means of working with clients. Kate helped my wife and I create a will, power of attorney and health care directive. She was good at explaining the whole process, answered our questions, addressed our concerns and was very reasonably priced. Often the most difficult hurdle to overcome in creating these documents is finding a lawyer you would be comfortable to work with. I highly recommend Kate.

Extremely competent, efficient and personal, friendly service.

Kate provided wonderful personal, and professional service. Her advice was for my best interest. She recommended some actions that did not necessarily lead to more paid hours for her. She offers a flat rate for many services and that allowed me to budget and plan in a concrete way for the work I wanted to do.

Very helpful

Trying to navigate ahlzheimers with my mother. Conservatorship/guardianship achieved with a DIFFERENT lawyer. Found Kate and she has helped me immensely with questions and lots of help so i can continue to move forward and comply with courts. Very responsive and helpful. Almost always same day answers or suggestions. She has been a life saver for this care giver! Trust her implicitly! I found her by accident and am so relieved I did!

We saw a review of Ms Graham when online seeking a Minnesota attorney who specialized in estate planning, creating wills & was familiar with elder law in the State. Our will was initially created in Montana 20 years ago & we needed to update it to conform to MN laws. We are older adults & Ms Graham expertly, professionally & thoroughly accommodated us in executing our wills & health care directives in a very timely way as well as providing sound advice for our particular situation. Excellent and professional!
