HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, firm. Rarely did they contact me before the case. Only a few times with things like "reminders". But never once an actual attorney until the day before court. Always by different assistants that could never be reached when I tried to contact. When I did have a question they were a...lways quick to let me know that "the attorney will answer that when they contact you". My case is complicated due to me being the only person in recorded history to survive this type of accident. They did zero research into this & lost badly because of it. Rather than contact me & discuss any of it they sent a letter advising me they don't believe they can be successful in court for me & will no longer be representing me. My case is a slam dunk for a qualified attorney. I wasted over 2 years with this firm believing their reviews & claims of being the best. Clearly too rich to care about anyone they represent. All about money, money, money. When they realized how much work might be involved for what they would earn they QUIT. THEY QUIT!! I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO INFORM THE WORLD TO STAY AWAY FROM MROZIK. AND I HAVE TONS OF FREE TIME EVERY DAY SINCE I AM DISABLED AND UNABLE TO WORK!

I thought they were professionals and would be able to help me with my claim but I was wrong. I received a letter to come in a half an hour early before court starts and I did. I waited not only that half an hour but also fifteen to twenty minutes extra scared and worried Jennifer wasn't going to sho...w. When she finally decided to talk to me it was minutes before we were suppose to go before the judge. Inside the chamber the judge asked me a couple of questions and the vocational expert a couple questions. When the judge asked Jennifer if she wanted to say anything she said no. Once we left the chambers I was really worried but she assured me that everything was good and the judge got the answers from the vocational expert that she was looking for that's why she didn't say anything. I believe that if she would have spoken up or at least tried I would have won. Now I'II have to stop taking my heart and other medications so I can look for a job.

My SSA case was completely denied. Even though, Jennifer was my lawyer she didn't represent me at the hearing. The lawyer representing me was unprepared for the hearing as she didn't have all information. The ALJ heard the vocational representative. The SSA Doctor who examined me told the judge that ...I was disabled. The ALJ asked my lawyer if she had anything to say & she requested additional time to get some information. Within 30 days I get a letter stating that my SSA case was denied. The ALJ discreted all my medical conditions & medical doctors & replaced them with lies. This decision was appealed & just received notice that I was denied again. The next step is to go through Federal Court which the lawyer has told me that I would have to do this on my own. Jennifer is recommending I file a new claim & they would help me with this. I signed the papers to file a new claim but my confidence in this law firm is really lacking after being denied every time & 3 1/2 years later. I wouldn't recommend Hoglund Law to anyone which is where Jennifer Mrozik is a lawyer. Don't waste your time!
