I had a very serious work injury and was looking for a lawyer who specialized in Minnesota workers compensation. I met with Tom and 2 other lawyers (which I suggest you do too). What set's Tom and Kerry aside from others is that they listen and get things done as fast as they can...not as fast as I... would like but as fast as they could. One thing you will learn is that work comp claims can take some time which they warned me. The defense lawyers do everything they can to slow down and frustrate me. Don't even get me started about the so called independent medical examinations. They are honest, smart, hard working lawyers who got me more in a settlement than I trully expected.
