If you live in Minnesota, DON'T EVER TRUST HOGLUND Law. I contacted this law firm on June 11th to file a Chapter 13 from June 11th until July 21st they dragged my case. [email protected] handled my case. This was the first time I filed and I trusted them and the process. The lawyer woul...d ask me for documents and then wait two weeks (AFTER I begged them for updates, and they didn't answer me) they would finally contact me and tell me that those were not the documents they were looking for. This dragged on and on until finally my car got repossessed. Then Karli Buchanan sent me an email, saying essentially, "sorry we can't help you" and then referred me to a lawyer who wanted 1300 dollars off top to file the bankruptcy. I smelled scam. You dragged the case refer me to that lawyer andI truly believe she gets a cut for the referral. The law firm head Robert Hoglund backed her up, so I had no recourse. I had to look for another lawyer. This is how this business have built their success scamming people. Mind you I am disabled and needed that car to get to the numerous doctors appointments I have for my condition. I finally found a job that accommodated my disabilities and now I am about to lose the job because of them and my home. If you like dishonest and slimy lawyer go to Hoglund law. They will screw your whole life over!!!!
