Astute, strategic, articulate, and accomplished attorney, mediator, arbitrator, and business management consultant. Knowledge and skills built upon those developed in private practice, while working within the human resources and legal departments of Intel Corporation, as a judicial clerk to a circuit court judge, as a legal clerk to administrative law judges, and with state and U.S. legislators.
Adam not only provides legal services, he also provides business management consulting services regarding a wide variety of business and business ownership related matters, including but not limited to business process management, accounting and payroll, computer software and network administration, and more. Considering this summary of services and matters handled by Adam, it should not be a surprise that a majority of his clients are entrepreneurs who own and often operate one or more business enterprises.
In addition to legal and business management consulting services, Adam can also be instrumental in facilitating the resolution of a variety of disputes outside a courtroom; which often leads to significantly lower expenditures (costs, fees, and other expenses) than the disputing parties likely would have incurred through traditional litigation. In this role he serves as an independent third person more commonly known as an alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) neutral. Adam is included on the Minnesota State Court Administrator’s Civil (non-family) Qualified Neutrals* Roster for the following two ADR processes:
• Civil Facilitative/Hybrid (Mediation, Mini-Trial, Med-Arb, Other);
• Civil Adjudicative/Evaluative (Arbitration, Early Neutral Evaluation, Non-Binding Advisory Opinion, Neutral Fact Finder).
* see Rule 114.02(b) of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for District Courts.
