Biography
I started Smith Estate Planning to do one thing: Provide comprehensive estate plans for a low-cost, fixed rate that every client can afford. I also try to make the process easier by offering to meet clients in their homes and by creating physical and digital copies of each estate plan to make it easier for clients to update their estate plans as their assets and lives change.
Before starting Smith Estate Planning, I was an employment discrimination attorney, fighting against workplace discrimination and retaliation on behalf of workers. I am a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and am licensed to practice in Minnesota and in the Federal District Court of Minnesota.
