I was going through a very hard custody battle regarding my kids it was complete chaos and I felt like my life was never gunna be stable. I reached out to Kimberly and she was just what I needed she was the calm to my storm, she handled everything so professionally and i could tell that she truly wan...ted what was best for my kids. She was always that listening ear I knew I could call her and she would hear me out and know how to handle it accordingly! Thanks to her and all her hard work and dedication my kids are where there supposed to be happy and Healthy! I cannot thank her enough for all she’s done she is amazing and commited to her work! 100 % recommend

I wish I would of seen the REAL reviews of her before we hired her. She is a terrible, incompetent attorney! We paid her a full retainer plus more. She failed to submit highly important evidence to the court which resulted in us not even being granted a hearing. We requested a full refund, but d...idn't even get a partial one because it was "hers and her boss's conclusion that the evidence would not have made difference anyway." The judge treated us like idiots because we didn't have proof of anything... we didn't know why he repeatedly said, "lack of evidence" until after we were denied a hearing and contacted the Court ourselves to find out Kimberly didn't submit ANY of our evidence. We also told her and her boss the specifics of our case prior to signing the retainer agreement and OF COURSE they told us we had "a very strong case" and they just had one very similar with a 12-year-old and won. We didn't even get a hearing! Do NOT hire her. Spend the extra money and go to someone who knows what they are doing and won't mislead you the entire way!!! We do have proof of all of this.

Kimberly Woodgate is very horrible, she was late getting her filing in to the court, which caused my case to lose. She also charges a very high amount of $225 an hour for her lack of knowledge in family law. I would never recommend her to anyone. She is very unprofessional with her words. I can’t eve...n believe she passed her bar exam. If she can be a lawyer anyone can be one, she doesn’t even know her statutes or understanding of them. She thinks her innocent looks will get her far in the judicial system. No brains, no brainer here..... (What lawyer doesn’t do their research???...... Kimberly Woodgate doesn’t, that’s who!!!!)
