Glenn A Bergman

Glenn Bergman is a shareholder and the corporate secretary at PFB Law. Glen's practice has been focused in the areas of real estate, commercial real estate and lending and general business representation. He has represented numerous banks, credit unions, businesses and owners, purchasers, sellers and developers of commercial and residential real estate. Glenn is also trained as certified counsel for SBA loans. Glenn graduated from Carleton College with a degree in philosophy in 1971. After graduating Glenn served in the United States Marine Corps from 1971 to 1973 as the base education NCO at 29 Palms Marine Corps Base. After returning to Minnesota, Glenn attended William Mitchell College of Law, graduating with honors. During law school, Glenn worked as a law clerk for the Ramsey County District court and for Peterson, Peterson, and Peterson, the predecessor to PFB Law, Professional Association. Glenn was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. Glenn is married and he and his wife Tamsin have three grown daughters. They live in St. Paul. Glenn's personal interests include landscape design, gardening, guitar and piano, photography and hunting.
