Clarence Patterson III

Clarence Patterson III is the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Clarence Patterson III. The firm is rooted in the principle of “Protecting Rights & Improving Lives.”

The underlying premise of Mr. Patterson’s success is that he is not just “practicing” law, he is dedicated to obtaining results that clients need and expect. Mr. Patterson’s creative legal strategies and commitment to clients drive him to succeed during the pre-litigation stage, at the negotiation table, throughout trial and/or during the appeals process. Mr. Patterson recognizes that there is no such thing as a “small case.” Which is why he is dedicated to being by the side of his clients throughout the duration of their legal matter.

In law school, at the University of Arizona,  Mr. Patterson gained experience in criminal law and family law. For criminal law, he interned at the Office of the Yuma County Public Defender and the Office of the Clark County Public Defender. In terms of family law matters, Mr. Patterson was a student attorney for the Child and Family Law Clinic at the University of Arizona.

Immediately after law school Mr. Patterson relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. He initially gained experience in criminal law while clerking at the Office of the Clark County Public Defender. He then clerked at private firms where he gained experience working on all types of family law cased & criminal cases, ranging from record sealing to First Degree Murder. .
